Semi-dry machine-applied screed in one day. Brinkmann and Putzmeister equipment, pumping to the 30th floor, up to 150 m² per shift.
Semi-dry screed is a modern machine-applied technology with a minimum of water in the mix. It is laid with a Brinkmann pneumatic pump, levelled to a laser and power-floated.
We employ several highly qualified crews. Every craftsman has at least 5 years of experience and takes annual training.
All work is carried out exclusively with certified professional equipment and high-quality materials.

Too much water in the mix: as it evaporates you get surface defects, shrinkage cracks and warping. Higher cost, longer schedule, greater risk of defects.
Minimum water content — exactly as much as the cement needs to hydrate. A lower water-cement ratio means less cement for the same volume, and cement is the most expensive part of the mix — hence the lower price at higher quality. Shorter schedule, a perfectly flat surface with no cracks or shrinkage.

Semi-dry floor screed — a modern way of levelling a floor with cement-sand mortar containing a minimum of water. Unlike classic wet screed, it holds only as much water as the cement needs to hydrate. The mortar is delivered to site by a pneumatic pump — in our case professional Brinkmann and Putzmeister machines — which lets us work as high as the 30th floor.
The main advantage of semi-dry screed over wet screed is no leaks to the floors below, plus minimal shrinkage. A 50–70 mm layer hardens within a day to the point where it can be walked on carefully; tiles usually go down from day 7–14, and moisture-sensitive finishes (laminate, parquet) after a residual moisture check, roughly from day 21. A classic wet screed only reaches full strength at 28 days and takes longer still to dry out (about 1 week per centimetre of thickness), and it often cracks when the water evaporates too fast.
Fibre reinforcement and a plasticiser in the mix make the screed strong and elastic. The surface comes out perfectly flat — typically 2–3 mm under a 2-metre straightedge, meeting the stricter requirements of DIN 18202 and current building codes for laminate, engineered board, tile, linoleum and porcelain stoneware.
Screed for underfloor heating — a separate job we handle regularly. The minimum thickness over water underfloor heating pipes is 45 mm to DIN 18560 (we lay 50 mm), with a total of 70–80 mm.

We ordered screed for an 85 m² apartment. The crew arrived on time and finished in one day; the level showed under 2 mm deviation. Recommended.
Very happy with the work. Clean, tidy, and the price matches the quality. I recommend them to anyone renovating a new-build.
We ordered screed for a 130 m² office. I doubted they could finish in a day — but they did, working non-stop and cleaning up afterwards.
Machine pouring with Brinkmann and Putzmeister equipment. Up to 150 m² a day.
A dedicated method for water and electric underfloor heating, with fibre reinforcement.
No leaks to the flat below, no mess in the apartment. A base ready for laminate or tile.
